Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems. Repair or replace mechanical units or components. Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications. Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs . Perform scheduled maintenance service. Test and adjust units to specifications. Complete reports to record problems and work performed. Provide customer service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Hand-eye co-ordination. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Dependability. Judgement. Reliability. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Financial benefits: As per collective agreement.
