Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Conduct research. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct performance reviews. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Flexibility. Organized. Accurate.
