Help with scheduling and workflow. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Perform general clerical duties. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Repair and maintain fabrication and laboratory equipment. Order supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Schedule and confirm appointments. Assist health care professionals. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods.
