Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare, present and manage budgets. Order supplies and equipment. Monitor quality and production levels. Maintain and order supplies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Ensure compliance with government regulations. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Perform data entry. Contact potential customers by phone. Develop marketing strategies. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
