Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Adapt existing illustrations. Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive and digital products and television advertising and productions. Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs. Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations. Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials. Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials. Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives. Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers. Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements. Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides. Computer and technology knowledge: InDesign. MS Office. Social Media. Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Initiative. Team player. Creativity. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
