Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Petroleum technology/technician. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dangerous. Wet/damp. Noisy. Work setting: Staff accommodation available. Remote location. Tasks: Ensure safety procedures are followed. Train or arrange for training of crew. Perform preventive maintenance. Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Ensure adherence to government regulations and company objectives.
