Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP). Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). Sexually transmitted diseases. Security and safety: Eligible for professional liability insurance. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
