As the Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our market presence in the aforementioned markets.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil and military aerospace and MRO sectors, including but not limited to government contracts, commercial partnerships, and international collaborations.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aerospace manufacturers, government agencies, suppliers, and industry influencers.</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and finance, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, including sales strategies, pricing models, and market entry strategies.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.</li><li>Track and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of the multiple aerospace sectors and technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software</li><li>Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.</li><li>Must meet client requirements permitting entry to restricted portions of their facilities which may include, but is not limited to citizenship and security screenings.</li></ol><p>Join our team and be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of aerospace technology.
