Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Work setting: Rural area. Retail business. Willing to relocate. Convenience store. Liquor and wine store. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Implement price and credits policies. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Spreadsheet. Accounting software.
