Dance academy or school. Art school. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Oversee development of communication strategies. Compile data, statistics and other information. Advise senior management. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Oversee payroll administration. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Conduct research. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Perform administrative tasks. Manage accounts receivable. Consult with teachers, parents, administrators and community agencies. Work with on-line accounts and systems. Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments. Prepare dance students for auditions and performances. Assist students with integration into the classroom and school setting. Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities. Discuss results and students' progress with them, their parents and school officials. Develop a checklist to assist schools in their preparation for a monitoring inspection.
