Overview:A structured Bartender role is critical to assist all beverage staff in daily Food & Beverage operation of the River Cree Resort & Casino. Reporting to the Tap 25 Manager, the Bartender will be responsible to receive and prepare drink orders in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities:Prepare drink orders. Open the bar with appropriate supplies. Receive money for drinks and give change back. Use of Micros. Clean the bar at the end of the night. Cash closing procedures. Bartender for Tap 25 Restaurant may be required to work in another Food & Beverage Outlet from time to time as directed by Management To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in- LocationEnoch Cree Nation 135, AB
