*Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within reputable companies. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales. The Director of Marketing will oversee a team of talented professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the department meets its objectives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Lead and manage the marketing team / managers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
* Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and promotional items.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within reputable companies.
* Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, graphic design software).
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Compensation:*
* $100,000 to $120,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
