 Closing Date (MM/DD/YYYY):06/28/2024 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$134,505 - $181,979 Proven leader with credit risk expertise neededEnsure due diligence is done on day-to-day lending, while maintaining a consistent lending culture throughout FCC. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Establish and maintain a consistent vision for Specialized Credit in both the   commercial and ag production lending marketsCoach and mentor your team on all aspects of credit risks, including technical coaching, due diligence and quality of reviewsCreate development plans and champion a learning environment to foster personal growth of employeesSupport a vision of Credit Management being a learning centreEstablish workload priorities and resolve conflicting prioritiesBuild strong partnerships with other FCC divisionsWork collaboratively with other business units to fulfil corporate prioritiesAdjudicate credit eligibility with other leaders to ensure the lending is a fit under FCC’s mandate and assess the reputational risk to FCC What we’re looking for:Proven leader with an established track record of investigating, developing and implementing risk parameters in new and emerging markets to develop sound and holistic risk solutionsStrong communicator who can translate and share knowledge to diverse audiencesExpertise in the analysis of ag production and commercial lending opportunities, and the application of advanced credit analysis and creative and innovative risk mitigation strategies What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in business, economics or agricultural economics and seven to 10 years of experience in commercial lending (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)A drive to help others achieve their goals- LocationVarious locationsMontréal, , QCQuébec, , QC
