Norseman Structures has been in the protection and shelter business for over 100 years, starting with the fabrication of outfitter and exploration tents in the 1920s. The *Inside Sales Representative *plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Development efforts in North America. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on lead nurturing and expanding the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Business Development team to execute on tasks and projects in Eastern Canada and the USA. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively communicate Norseman Structures? value proposition to potential customers.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain relationships with leads through personalized communication, follow-up calls, and emails
* Educate leads about Norseman Structures? products and services, and ensure they receive the information they need to move through the sales funnel
* Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring that all leads and opportunities are tracked accurately
* Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the target markets, key customer segments, and sales goals
* Collaborate on strategies to expand into existing mining clientele, support dealer channel expansion, and build construction partnerships
* Handle the execution of projects as needed, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in Eastern Canada and the USA
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Business
* 2 to 4 years proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM software, experience with Salesforce is an asset
* Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry is considered an asset
