Provide customer service. Computer and technology knowledge: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Jira. Shell script. Linux. Unix. Networking software. Project management software. Web service design. Mapping and data visualization software. Database software. Programming languages. Software development. Python. SQL.
