Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Accept cash payments. Assist customers in planning travel times and routes. Cancel or change reservations. Issue tickets. Make and confirm reservations. Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments. Provide information on cancellation, late arrival and other policies. Quote fares and rates. Balance daily transactions. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment.
