Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents. Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner. Ensure terms of lease agreements are met. Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties. Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation. Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners. Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income. Prepare expense and income reports. Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationMississauga, ON
