- Answering phones and assisting customers with appointments and enquiries
- Utilize Sage 50 to manage customer billings and receipts and accounts payable
- Provide excellent customer support to customers
- Computerize office operations to enhance efficiency

- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps and Calendar
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized office tools
