*LESS HUSTLE, MORE LEADS:*
Our high-traffic web portals generate substantial leads. Our website receives over 50,000 visitors per month, providing very hot and ready warm leads to our agents. Users provide their email and phone number to gain access to detailed listings and analytics. That user information goes directly to our agents ? all you have to do is claim your leads, and they will become the backbone of your business. That means no cold calling, just closing.
*AUTOMATION & EFFICIENCY:*
At Krib Canada, we automate the mundane tasks that realtors hate doing. This includes automatic follow-up and note-taking for every phone call. We provide our agents with the tools to close leads, including direct involvement of mortgage agents within our platform. This helps to eliminate the problem of prospects not having their mortgage figured out yet, allowing you to focus on showing properties and getting them to place an offer.
*SOLUTION-BASED SELLING:*
We are a solution-based selling company. If a client is interested in a property but finds the house too constrictive, you can involve one of our contractors to get a quotation for the necessary work before the client places an offer. This approach increases the likelihood of closing sales. Additionally, if a client doesn't have their mortgage figured out, we assist in solving their mortgage issues to facilitate the purchase. We seek sales agents who embody this solution-based selling attitude.
*DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:*
As an agent at Krib Canada, your day-to-day activities will include:
* Browsing the MLS for ideal properties for clients.
* Sharing those properties with clients, providing detailed notes and explanations as to why they are a good fit.
* Preparing comparative market analyses on properties that clients are interested in placing offers on or properties we are about to list.
* Explaining representation agreements and offer agreements/contracts to clients.
* Drafting and placing offers on properties using our automated fast offer tools, which make the process extremely easy and quick, taking less than a minute.
* Going for in-person showings and showing properties to clients.
* Updating client search criteria based on their preferences and feedback.

We want our agents to grow ? professionally, personally, and financially. We provide one-on-one coaching, group, and on-demand training from some of the most successful agents in the business. *HANDS-ON SUPPORT FROM SENIOR MANAGERS:*
If you're struggling to close a lead, you can involve a senior manager who will get on a phone call with you and the prospect to help convert the prospect or push towards the next steps.
