Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments. Perform routine clerical duties. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain work records and logs. Monitor personnel workloads and locations. Organize warehouse and work areas. Perform general office duties. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders. Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner. Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects. Monitor production progress. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Provide customer service. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Assist with maintenance of communications equipment. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Maintain vehicle operator work records. Respond to urgent calls from individual who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance . Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Establish work schedules and procedures. Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
