*About the Role:* Join our dynamic team as a Psychologist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families through evidence-based, family-centered practices. From conducting diagnostic assessments to collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, your work will contribute to the development and implementation of effective programs tailored to each child?s needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized intervention plans.
* Providing supervision and support to Behavior Specialists in implementing behavior plans.
* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and Early Childhood Services partners.
* Mentoring and providing leadership to staff and community partners.
* Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
*Qualifications:*
* Master?s degree in Psychology.
* Registration with the Alberta College of Psychologists.
* Minimum of two years? experience supporting children and families in home and community-based settings.
* Proficiency in administering and interpreting diagnostic assessments.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Valid Alberta driver?s license and access to a personal vehicle.
