We are well-funded, growing rapidly, and looking for amazing people to join our team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll do:</strong></p><p>As a Business Development Representative at GeologicAI, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and helping to close deals. You will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, developing sales strategies, and contributing to our overall sales goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement within our organization.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Prospecting and Lead Generation:</p><p>- Identify and research potential clients within designated regions.<br />- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.<br />- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Client Engagement:</strong></p><p>- Initiate contact with key decision-makers and build relationships with potential clients.<br />- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about our offerings.<br />- Understand clients' needs and challenges to tailor solutions accordingly.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:</strong></p><p>- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.<br />- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.<br />- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Collaboration and Communication:</strong></p><p>- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.<br />- Provide feedback and market insights to improve our products/services and sales processes.<br />- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.<br />- Collect client feedback and deliver updates<br />- Transform client-generated ideas into product development</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Must have a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.<br />- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the Latin American markets.<br />- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated achievement of at least 120% of sales quotas over 3 consecutive quarters.<br />- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an organization.<br />- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br />- Advanced user of CRM software, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot, with at least 3 years of experience in maintaining customer data, tracking sales activities, and generating reports<br />- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
