With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry, consistently striving for efficiency and customer satisfaction. *Job Description* We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Operations team as an Inventory Manager. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including procurement, stocking, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory costs. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop, maintain, and implement inventory management procedures in all Wireless City Inc locations to optimize stock levels, and labels to ensure efficient operations * Purchase, Track and Monitor inventory levels that anticipate demand to prevent stockouts or aging shelf life and minimize excess inventory. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product and timely delivery of products and maintain positive relationships. * Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records and address any discrepancies. * Analyze inventory data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance inventory efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Logistics, to align inventory management processes with organizational goals. * Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance visibility into inventory movements. *Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, related field, or relevant experience. - Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or distribution environment. - Strong management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with locations, management, internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in inventory management software, POS, and Microsoft Excel. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
