Do you love the beauty industry and getting spa services?
Polished Beauty Bar is in need of a part time receptionist with a professional appearance to join our team.
You will help to provide excellent customer service to our clients in a mature and welcoming style.
The day to day job requires you to answer phones, book appointments efficiently, cash out customers, do office administration, be active on social media, help with promotions, keep the front retail organized, sell retail and make sure the flow of the spa is running smoothly.
You will also direct clients upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa services.
Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and some related experience, such as in a receptionist role or an administrative role in an office or spa.
Currently, our spa runs on Milano software and a Wix website, we offer an on-line booking, and communicate with customers through social media.
We offer a variety of spa services and encourage you to check our website and Instagram and Facebook page to learn more about us.
Communication is important, As a spa receptionist , you may be responsible for communicating with clients, staff and other individuals. This requires you to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly.
We are in need of a candidate with Computer skills , administrative skills, efficient phone skills, time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills, POS transactions and money exchange and knowledge is social media posting.
These are very important qualities to have for this job position and would make your every day tasks easier to maintain.

Pay: $16.55-$17.50 per hour
