What You Will Do:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR will manage client interactions via phone, email and face-to-face while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain client relationships
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and issues resolved satisfactorily
Update client information and ensure data accuracy
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years in client/customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle stressful
