Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Food service establishment. Restaurant. Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 5-10 people. Kitchen and food service helpers. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is not available.
