Care At Home Services is a leading provider of quality home care, and we are looking for passionate and hardworking Registered Health Care Aides (RCAs) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be providing care and supporting clients in their home. *Job Title: Registered Health Care Aide * *Company: Care At Home Services* *Location: Vancouver, BC.* *Salary: $26.00/hr* *Mileage and car insurance coverage* *Roles and Responsibilities:* * assisting with dressing, bathing, and grooming clients * serving and preparing meals, feeding or assisting in feeding clients * medication administration, taking blood pressure, temperature and pulse at regular intervals, donning/doffing compression stockings * assist with client transfers and mobility using lifts * light tidying around the client home as needed * documenting in client charts (progress notes, medication administration record, bowel record) * Reporting to the nurse case manager * Graduated from a recognized Health Care Aide program * Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check * First Aid and CPR "A" Certificate * Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle * Britich Columbia HCA registration (required) *Requirements:* * Graduated from a recognized Health Care Aide program * Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check * First Aid and CPR "A" Certificate * Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle * Britich Columbia HCA registration (required) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Automobile allowance * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-07-08- LocationVancouver, BC
