Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Develop and implement quality control programs. Prepare reports. Requisition materials and supplies. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. 5-10 people. 16-20 people. Working groups. Contractors. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Construction Trade Certification. Carpenter Trade Certification. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Google Docs. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
