*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. If you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales and customer success, we want to hear from you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
* Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry trends and MYC Media's product offerings.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
*What You Bring to the Table:*
* Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Experience in the printing or digital media industry is a plus.
* Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
*Compensation:*
* Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
* Commission: Up to 7%
