Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Evaluate daily operations . Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget . Plan and organize daily operations. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Cost products and services. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. Point of sale system. Spreadsheet. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. What is the highest level of study you have completed?.
