Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Various locations. Commercial. Residential. Level of expertise: Maintenance and repair. Tasks: Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Work with minimal supervision. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Safety glasses/goggles. Safety vest. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?. Experience: 5 years or more. Financial benefits: Gasoline paid.- LocationEdmonton, AB
