Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Maintain work records and logs. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Respond to urgent calls from individual who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance . Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Establish work schedules and procedures. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Overtime required. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Organized.
