<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The IT Manager II is a hands-on management position responsible for the coordination of the IT Department function and IT infrastructure plans. The IT Manager II helps to manage a group of technicians, as well as IT vendors, and service providers. The IT Manager II is responsible for directing, planning organizing, implementing all IT activities required for effective and efficient information technology and information management to support TCR's business objectives in all branches. The IT Manager II reports to the COO.</p><p><strong>Please note this is an onsite position Monday to Friday. </strong></p><p><strong>Salary shall be determined based on experience. </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Manage and provide technical support and assistance to other business units</li><li>Maintain IT infrastructure</li><li>Maintain an efficient build-out of services and back-office equipment (for example: firewalls, phone systems, internal business needs including secure and effective data management)</li><li>Work effectively with outside vendors and consultants, as needed</li><li>Provide regular and pertinent reporting of IT activities.</li><li>Proactively seek out ways to improve value, response, security, availability and effectiveness of all aspects of the department</li><li>Organize, oversee and maintain projects and project objectives</li><li>Research and negotiate financial and business objectives where required</li><li>Onboard, develop, train and mentor IT staff </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, process and procedures based on required industry certifications</li><li>Other duties and projects as mandated by TCR management.</li></ul><p> <strong>Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Able to work on site, Monday to Friday</li><li>University degree in Information Technology</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent understanding of telephony/SIP </li><li>Knowledge of Genesis Pure Connect phone system </li><li>Knowledge of network architecture </li><li>Knowledge of SharePoint <span class="long-word">Windows/Exchange/Active</span> Directory/FTP/SFTP and Telnet</li><li>Knowledge of NICE Platforms</li><li>Experience with ISO and SOC compliance</li><li>Experience with M365 </li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Total Credit Recovery (TCR) was founded by George Krieser with a notepad, phone, and an idea.
