Are you an experienced law clerk with plaintiff & personal injury experience?
*Reeves Richarz LLP *is seeking a law clerk with over 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling various plaintiff and personal injury cases, as well as accident benefits.

While we embrace remote work on a part-time basis, we anticipate the new law clerk to begin with regular in-office presence.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
· Meet with clients and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
· Manage and organize case files and documents.
· Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining legal databases.
· Communicate professionally with clients and other parties via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
· Support attorneys in trial preparation and coordination of case activities.
· Draft pleadings accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.
· Maintain inventory of plaintiff claims using a database.
· Scan all incoming and outgoing materials to electronic files and ensure timely documentation.
· Assist with drafting legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, and memos.
· Organize and maintain case files and documents.
· Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
· Screen potential new clients for accurate background information and potential conflicts.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Experience*
· *Law Clerk Diploma*
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a law clerk, preferably in plaintiff, personal injury and accident benefits.
· Ability to efficiently use legal software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Time Matters, and CaseLines for document preparation, management, and research.
· Proficiency in legal research tools like Canlii and Westlaw
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
· A collaborative attitude to work effectively in a team-based environment, assisting lawyers and colleagues as needed.
· Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
