Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Reconcile accounts. Administrative and office activities. Prepare payroll. Prepare budgets and payrolls. Office management. Manage accounts payable. Label, file and retrieve documents. Balance and deposit cash. Prepare invoices and bank deposits. Prepare reports and audit findings. Receive and issue payments. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word.
