Plan, develop and implement communication strategies. Direct and advise health or social policy researchers, consultants or program officers. Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations. Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops and symposia. Develop policies. Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities. Develop policies and procedures to implement programs. Develop and administer policies and programs. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Prepare reports. Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings. Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children. Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Participate in staff meetings.
