Hi-Tech Business Systems is seeking a permanent full-time Administrative Assistant for our thriving Copier Service/POS Service department!
Responsibilities ? As an Administrative Assistant in the Copier Service/POS Service department, you will be responsible for the following tasks
* Fielding incoming calls for the Copier Service/POS Service department by greeting clients professionally and addressing their concerns.
* Following internal procedures for: opening work orders for client service requests; placing toner orders; entering monthly meter readings.
* Other general administrative duties.
The position is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm at our Grande Prairie office.

* Tech Savvy ? You are interested in the latest technology and are able to quickly learn and efficiently utilize a variety of software programs.
* Customer Service and Communication ? You are personable and can communicate clearly and concisely with clients and staff. You will often be required to provide assistance over the phone and must clearly communicate detailed information. At Hi-Tech, we are devoted to upholding solid relationships with our clients.
* Time Management and Prioritization ? You are able to assess incoming requests and come up with an appropriately prioritized workflow that ensures all requests are completed in a timely manner.

Required ? We require candidates to possess the following.
* English Language Proficiency ? both written and spoken skills are essential.
* Professional Email and Phone Etiquette ? you will be communicating with many different clients and staff in a day and must be able to maintain professional communication etiquette at all times.
* Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency ? Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams are used daily in this position.
