Education: College/CEGEP. Work site environment: Motor vehicles. Tasks: Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Accept payment or invoices for items delivered. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences or assemblies. Load and unload goods. Follow directions and read map. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Perform administrative tasks. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Establish delivery schedules. Deliver goods to customers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Work under pressure. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability. Team player. Punctuality.
