Job details
SHRP is seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, and general office administration functions. This role involves a variety of financial and operational responsibilities, including procurement, financial forecasting, and the preparation of spreadsheets and presentations. The successful candidate will be proficient in Quick Books , PowerPoint, and advanced Excel, with strong critical thinking and problem -solving skills.
*Key Responsibilities: *
* Bookkeeping
* Handle billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
* Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain accurate financial records.
* Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
* Develop financial forecasts and proformas.
* Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
* Process payroll accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure accuracy and clarity in all financial documentation.
* Office Management and Admin Support
* Identify and liaise with vendors for procurement purposes and other operational needs.
* Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
* Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for day -to -day operations.
* Support team with administrative tasks such as preparing Excel spreadsheets and Canva/PowerPoint presentations.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
