Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Home care and visiting care agency. Remote location. Various locations. Tasks: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Supply and empty bed pans. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Maintain inventory of supplies. Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher.
