Tasks: Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians. Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations. Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs. Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations. Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives. Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers. Computer and technology knowledge: InDesign. MS Office. Social Media. WordPress. Adobe Illustrator. CSS. JavaScript. Adobe Photoshop. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Sitting. Tight deadlines. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Team player. Creativity. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations .
