Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Direct and control construction projects. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate. Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Plan and organize construction projects. Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Promote sales to existing clients. Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Recommend products or services to customers. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Deliver sales presentations. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure.
