Select trade subcontractors . Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. MS Outlook. Area of specialization: Project management. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone.
