Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Perform other labouring and elemental activities. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Construction specialization: Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: Will train. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
