Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Perform routine clerical duties. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general office duties. Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Provide customer service. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Keep track of shipments. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment.
