Job details
Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Retail business. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Resolve product and service related problems. Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals. Provide customer service. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition materials and supplies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for Indigenous people: Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers . Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.- LocationMarkham, ON
