Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Socio-economic needs or conditions (housing, nutrition, unemployment, financial assistance). Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Work setting: Group home. Community centre. Social service or charity agency. Tasks: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk. Feed or assist in feeding. Provide personal care. Prepare reports or case histories. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Assist clients/guests with special needs.
