Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Dusty. Hot. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Help medical examiner in charge. Operate locomotive cranes to move objects and materials at railway yards. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Pave and rake asphalt. Perform routine maintenance work. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats. Concrete vibrators. Concrete saws. Pumpcretes. Grinding machine. Jackhammers. Air compressors. Air guns.
