Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Authorize payments by cheque. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Sell products on a retail basis. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol or tobacco products. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
