Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Inspect operation of instruments and systems. Repair and adjust system components. Complete test and maintenance reports. Remove and replace defective parts. Calibrate components and instruments. Logical approach for troubleshooting. Determine testing and maintenance procedures. Install new measuring instruments. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work. Type of service and repair: Hydraulic and electro-hydraulic sequential control system. Electrical control system. Temperature, pressure, flow and level instruments. Programmable logic controller (PLC). Instrument experience: Hydraulic. Electrical instruments. Type of industry experience: Industrial instruments servicing. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Vehicle supplied by employer. Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel regularly. Parking paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
